Rimmel London 60 Seconds Princess Pink - REVIEW!

Ladies and Gentlemen have you ever looked for the perfect nude pink nail polish but never found the colour you were looking for? I can now say that I have found it and it is probably the most beautiful soft pink I have ever seen in nail varnishes.

Rimmel London 60 Seconds Princess Pink nail polish is the most beautiful pink you will ever find and it dries in literally 60 seconds!
I absolutely adore this nail polish, it is possibly the most versatile pink I have used as it can be used a few different ways.

  1. Use it as a base cote for other brighter/darker nail polishes
  2. Apply it over the top of another colour (one coat) and you have instantly made a pastel polish
  3. Apply 3 coats for the perfect pastel nude pink

PRICE: $7.95
COMMENT: I love this nail varnish but it isn't for the time poor, this pretty pink does need a few coats before the colour becomes soil.

Rimmel London 60 Seconds in Caramel Cupcake

Hey guys its Georgie here!
So today I wanted to talk to you all about Rimmel London's 60 Seconds nail polish in Caramel Cupcake. This colour isn't what I would call a 'normal' nude colour as it has more brown than pink in it, in fact I would call it more of a beige colour.

Now when I first tried it on my nails I had acrylic nails and this colour looked terrible, like it was the most disgusting colour I had ever put on my nails! But now that I have ripped my nails off for the wedding in a few weeks I thought I should protect the claws with something fairly plain for heading back to uni. This is where I thought I would try my Caramel Cupcake again!

I put on the first coat and let it dry for a little bit, but I wasn't too impressed with how it was looking, just because I am so pale the 'supposed to be' nude colour looked more like milk chocolate. Though I wasn't about to give up because I just need it to last a few weeks then I will be back in the nail parlour getting the glitz back on.

The point of my little rant is that this colour isn't as nice as I had hoped it would be but after applying 3-4 coats and trying not to think about it I have come to appreciate this colour because it is what it is. A basic colour that looks nude on you and doesn't stand out.
